Cancellation Policy & Villa Conditions

• In case of cancellation, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be non-refundable.
• Mandatory 800€ Damages Security Deposit (refundable) at Check-in. It will be refunded at Check-out.
• Events or Parties are not allowed.
